Experience

Alexis is Managing Director of the NewAlpha Verto fund.

He has 16 years of experience in Private Equity and Investment Banking in London, covering France and several European countries in multiple sectors such as Health, TMT and B to B services.

Alexis began his professional career at JP Morgan in 2004 in London in the Mergers & Acquisitions team, covering Europe and particularly France.

Prior to co-founding NewAlpha Verto in 2017, Alexis was with The Carlyle Group from 2008, in the team dedicated to the European Mid-market, investing in “tech” SMEs with a global reach, mainly in France and the Benelux.  At Carlyle, Alexis helped deploy €155 mn across four SMEs and build-ups. Alexis served on the board of Marle, Metrologic and Companeo.

Alexis is a graduate of ESCP with a specialization in Corporate Finance.
