Experience

Antoine is Managing Director of the NewAlpha Verto fund. He has 11 years of experience in Private Equity and investment banking in Paris, covering many sectors such as Health, Digital and Consumer Goods

Before joining LBO Partners in 2011, Antoine worked at Audacia, an investment structure dedicated to minority investments in French SMEs. Antoine has made more than a dozen investments such as Kusmi Tea, Fermob, Maison Bleue, People & Baby, Convivial and Groupe Steva. From 2011, within LBO Partners, Antoine carried out three transactions (Menix Group, Sogelink and Talentia Software), and numerous external build-up deals. He sat on the board of 5 portfolio companies, such as AMS and Armatis-Lc.

Prior to co-founding NewAlpha Verto in 2017, Antoine was a partner and member of the Executive Board of LBO Partners (€ 320 million under management, eg CIC LBO Partners), a central player in Small & Mid Cap investment in France.

Antoine is a graduate of Paris Dauphine University (Master 203) and St John’s University (New York).
