Experience

Laure Dachary is a Managing Director of the NewAlpha Verto fund, which she joined in June 2020. She has 12 years of experience in finance, especially in Small & Midcap M&A Advisory.

After starting her career in operational finance at Exane BNP Paribas, Laure started in mergers & acquisitions at Natixis and Rothschild in Paris and London, before joining DC Advisory in Paris, where she worked for almost 9 years as a M&A Director. From 2017, she advised startups and SMEs based in Hong Kong and Paris, while working on an entrepreneurial project.

Throughout her career, Laure has worked both in Sell-Side and Buy-Side positions, assisting large groups, and also PE funds, such as Carlyle, Eurazeo or CM-CIC, as well as founding entrepreneurs, on transactions such as Tell Me More, Compagnie de Vichy or RG Safety.

She has a strong international experience and has worked across different industries, and particularly healthcare, digital and industrial niches.

Laure graduated from emlyon business school with a major in Corporate Finance.
