Experience

Thomas is Managing Director of the NewAlpha Verto fund.

He has 15 years of experience in Private Equity and Investment Bbanking, covering several European countries and mutiple sectors such as TMT and industrial niches.

Thomas started his career in 2004 at JP Morgan in London in the Mergers & Acquisitions team for the France & Benelux region.
In 2006, Thomas joined the European team of Francisco Partners, a Private Equity fund of $9 bn, specializing in the technology sector. Thomas was in charge of executing transactions in Europe in the software and hardware sectors.

Prior to co-founding NewAlpha Verto in 2017, Thomas also co-founded Izurium Capital in 2009, an independent Private Equity fund of $340 mn, where he was in charge of investments in Western Europe and North America. At Izurium, Thomas deployed €150 mn in 6 transactions and served on the boards of various companies such as Dynacast and SmartFocus.

Thomas is a graduate from HEC (Finance major) and from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences-Po)
